Meet Greg.
He’s had his struggles too.

We are not immune to falling into bad health habits, and Greg can personally testify to that, having been as much as 90 lbs overweight, and finding out that he also has a hypoactive thyroid, which negatively affects metabolism. Then one day he went through a personal reset and made his health his top priority, losing 52 lbs in 2 months and 90 lbs in 9 months, and more importantly, did not look back. And his message is if he can do it, for sure you can too!

Greg has an athletic background, being a former USPTA certified tennis pro, golf coach, and a Mad Dogg Athletics indoor cycling professional and fitness club owner. His background in behavioral marketing had him working with HR and EH&S departments to help develop health and wellness, and learning & productivity programs. Greg is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC) as well, and has created his own methodology and tools for delivering a holistic and well thought out approach to a healthier lifestyle.
