MILITARY APPRECIATION DAYS, PLANNING COMMITTEE - A cross-functional team that formally met twice per month from January - May for both the inaugural and 2nd annual events at Four Winds Field, co-hosted by the South Bend Cubs and Express Employment Professionals. Events included “Armed Forces Week”, “Military Appreciation Fair”, and “Honor & Remembrance Day”. MILITARY APPRECIATION FAIR (MAF) - PRELIMINARY EVENT LAYOUT - The 2nd annual MAF moved the event inside of the stadium grounds, with tables along the left-field corridor, and premium displays outside in the parking lot off the 3rd base line. The change into the park from the inaugural event, which was located outside of the park in the walking area behind home plate, improved fan and community engagement greatly.
MILITARY APPRECIATION FAIR (MAF) - STAMP CARD HANDOUT - To encourage fans entering the ballpark to visit the military service organizations on-site, stamps were given to all exhibitors, and stamp cards were handed out to incoming game attendees by event volunteers. Once a card was filled out, they take them to the event co-host’s tent in exchange for a cubs giveaway. There were over 250 stamp cards submitted, and many exhibitors expressed their pleasure with the traffic flow increase from the previous year.
2019 HONOR & REMEMBRANCE DAY, WREATH LAYING - On-field diagram used for visual support in the planning and choreography of the 2019 Memorial Day wreath-laying ceremony with participants and presiding officer routing shown. 2019 MILITARY APPRECIATION FAIR, EXHIBITOR DIRECTORY - This 4-page custom-designed handout (inside spread not shown) features 30 veteran and military service organizations that committed to participating in the 2nd annual Fair. All were vetted and invited by the Planning Committee. A primary goal was to gain community exposure for these groups. Directories were handed out to all game attendees by gate volunteers and were inserted in all May Baseball programs to promote the event.

SULLAIR TECHCOM: THREE INTERRELATIONAL DISCIPLINES - This chart is designed to show areas of responsibility for two human-related disciplines - Practices & Productivity, along with system-based technologies that, when combined, produce operational results.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, PURE CORE HEALTH & FITNESS, FLOORPLAN PROJECTION - After leasing 2,800sf space for our studio level fitness club, we divided the business into two divisions - 1. Training Center for resistance training, and 2. Group Studio for class based aerobic, resistance, mobility, and dance classes.

WALL GRAPHICS - Designed wall graphics that visually identified segments of the Training Center - from L to R, cardio machines, middle area for misc. free weights, and right area for heavy weights, cable machine, and squat rack area. Projected artwork on wall, traced and painted.
