Veteran Hiring & Outreach

Established a hiring-preference and community outreach program for our military and veterans for a franchise employment agency with three offices in north-central Indiana. The goal was to help those who have served and are transitioning or struggling to transition from military to civilian life. In one year of implementation, there was a 400% increase in veteran hiring, and the agency brand is now connected with military service organizations around the area.

Military Appreciation Program (MAP) Created the program’s name with an easy acronym (MAP). Designed the program’s program identity feat. logo and seals for company identification (blue seal) and for general use ( green Honor Seal).
